7 Hills is a pet-friendly community that treats pets as part of the family. Up to two pets are welcome per home with no breed restrictions, and dogs have their own onsite park for burning off energy. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet apply. If you have an assistance animal, please contact our leasing office to discuss an accommodation.
